Most shipments are shipped using FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Janitorial Superstore Delivery, Freight, or other private delivery companies may be used for Eligible Orders or Locations.

Equipped with a 1,000 psi stainless steel valve, this stainless steel tool is designed to work with a truckmount at 300 to 400 psi that can produce at least 170 degrees F at the wand. We currently only ship to the United States. Our shipping department is currently in development to add international shipping but that offer is currently not available yet.

Standard Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 days once shipped. We have multiple warehouses across the United States and shipping times vary on inventory location. Expediated shipping may be available on some products for an additional charge.

Janitorial Superstore will accept returns on all regularly stocked items, except any Liquid or Powder Products, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
