How can I get my Equipment Repaired?

  • Step 1

    Give us a call at (863) 324-0911.

  • Step 2

    Drop off your equipment and a representative will take final information on what needs to be fixed.

  • Step 3

    You will receive a call from a repair specialist letting you know what the cost and estimated time of your equipment being repaired. Payment will be required at this point.

  • Step 4

    We will give you a call as soon as your equipment is ready to be picked up!

What if my equipment is under warranty?

  • Warranty Status

    Repairs are handled differently when your equipment is under warranty or not under warranty. Please check your status before calling.

  • Under Warranty

    We currently are only repairing equipment under warranty that was sold by Janitorial Superstore. Please contact the company you purchased your equipment from to get more information.

  • Not Under Warranty

    We repair all equipment out of warranty as long as it's a brand that we are currently selling. To get more information on the brands that we sell, please give us a call at (863) 324-0911.

What equipment do we repair?

  • The 48 Hour Guarantee!

    Any repair still having issues can be brought back within 48 business hours and we will work on the machine at no additional labor charge. Any repair brought back within 48 hours has our bring back guarantee protection. 


    After 48 hours, we won't accept any repair under our bring back guarantee protection under any circumstances. Bring back guarantee protection is only for the part that we worked on. Other issues causing the machine to not work is not covered under our guaranteed protection.
