Most shipments are shipped using FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Janitorial Superstore Delivery, Freight, or other private delivery companies may be used for Eligible Orders or Locations.

The Smak /U.S.Products Sharp Shooter 13” 2 jet wand offers maximum velocity laminar flow with the split head design resulting in reduced dry times. This wand provides effortless movement across carpet due to its ergonomic design of the head, wand tube and wand glide.

Standard Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 days once shipped. We have multiple warehouses across the United States and shipping times vary on inventory location. Expediated shipping may be available on some products for an additional charge.

Janitorial Superstore will accept returns on all regularly stocked items, except any Liquid or Powder Products, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
